No Accommodation Letter on File

If a student signs in and states that they receive accommodations but it is not noted in our system, that means that we have not received a copy of the student’s accommodation letter. Please advise the student to pull up a copy of their accommodation letter(s) and submit the DE/ Online Accommodation Request Form.
